Shipping & Discreet Packaging

Thronelust ships private adult orders with plain, discreet outer packaging whenever possible. Product names, adult item details, and sensitive descriptions are not shown on the outside of the parcel.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally processed on the next business day. Specialty or custom items may require additional preparation time, which will be stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Estimated delivery times

  • Many U.S. warehouse items: approximately 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Other fulfillment locations: approximately 7-20 business days after processing, depending on product and destination.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, address errors, and events outside our control may affect delivery.

Discreet packaging

  • Plain outer packaging is used whenever possible.
  • Product names and adult item details are not displayed on the parcel exterior.
  • Carrier labels and parcel size vary by order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned, delayed, or needs reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional carrier charges may apply.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise shown at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If tracking has not shown delivery 30 business days after the shipping confirmation date, contact us so we can review the carrier status. See our Return & Refund Policy for available remedies.
