Return & Refund Policy
Because Thronelust sells intimate products, returns are handled carefully for hygiene, privacy, and product safety.
Return eligibility
Unopened, unused items in original condition may be eligible for return if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging, hygiene seals, labels, accessories, and included parts must be intact.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened, worn, washed, or used intimate products.
- Products with broken hygiene seals or removed protective packaging.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, storage, cleaning, or handling.
- Final-sale items.
- Custom or made-to-order items when the product page states that they are non-returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Include the order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos of the parcel, label, packaging, and affected item.
Delayed or lost shipments
If tracking has not shown delivery 30 business days after the shipping confirmation date, contact us. After reviewing the carrier status, an eligible order may receive a replacement or refund.
How to request a return
Email info@thronelust.com or use the Contact page before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. If approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and address.
Return shipping
Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for approved return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. We normally process an approved refund within 5 business days, but bank and card posting times vary and are controlled by the payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on product condition and stock. For hygiene-restricted products, a replacement may be available only when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Privacy
Return communication is handled discreetly. Use a secure address for any approved return shipment.
