📌 Refund & Return Policy

At Thronelust™, we take pride in providing high-quality intimate products with utmost care for your privacy. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure customer safety and compliance.

✅ Eligible for Refunds or Reshipments

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (photo or video) is required.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package has not arrived 30 business days after the shipping confirmation date, you may request a full refund or free reshipment.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, worn, or used products

  • Intimate apparel, including lingerie and bodysuits

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items from Thronelust Queen’s Atelier

  • Molded replicas, silicone or TPE flesh forms, and full-body physical dolls, once opened or removed from their original sealed packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

⚠️ Return Exceptions

If a return is authorized (defective or wrong item shipped), we will provide instructions and a return address. Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

All refunds and bank statements will display as Thronelust.com, with no sensitive product details.
