What does plain outer packaging mean?

Thronelust uses plain outer packaging whenever possible. Carrier labels and parcel sizes vary. Plain packaging is not a guarantee of anonymity at every stage of delivery.

Can international parcels require customs information?

International orders may require customs documentation and may be inspected by customs authorities. Check destination requirements and the shipping policy before ordering; we cannot promise that an international parcel will carry no required description.

Where will tracking information be sent?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Use an email account you can access privately. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Can I confirm a packaging or delivery detail before paying?

Yes. Use our official contact page to ask about the specific product and destination. Do not assume that every product has the same fulfillment location, packaging or delivery estimate.
